Welcome to the Eurovision Politics Contest! Here are some singers to entertain you while we wait for bored families with nothing better to do to vote for which country they reckon is politically more popular.

Ok, so I’m learning C, Java, Haskell and Verilog at Uni…
I hate (hate hate) verilog (hate)…
Takes hours and days just to make it add two numbers together… Alternatively, I made this in java in about a third of the time it took me to do my verilog work… and a lot more to show for it….
So, my mini-game… Asterdodge

aaah, where have I been?
Guess University life just swept me away from blogging world…
What’s new? I’m on my degree course. It’s well good ![]()
Went to see Paul Merton and Phil Jupitus do an improvisation evening which was absolutely fantasic. Also there was Neil Innes who is an absolute legend and he sang loads of his songs uncluding some of his Rutles stuff.
The other night I went down to Plymouth and Lost Roots won an award
Which was cool. Went and gave a speech and everything
:)
I wonder how long I can live on pasta….
Going to Bristol in less than 2 weeks and I’ve just been given a reading list… With such humourous titles as “The Pleasures of Counting”… crap…
Going to cost about £250 for all of my books… on a more happy/”money put to good use” note… I bought myself a nice laptop and I strongly recommend people read this interactive story from explosm… it’s such a brilliant idea: http://www.explosm.net/stories/5296/
Wooh! I’m off to university in a few weeks to study Computer Science at the University of Bristol
Also, on top of that I have a scholarship to fund my way through. I’m currently learning to cook because I couldn’t afford catered accomodation… but wooh! Off to uni
The other day I went off with my girlfriend to Bristol to show her where I’ll be. We met a delightfully charming pigeon. In the fountains in the middle of the City, a pigeon had learnt to wash itself by raising it’s wing and standing underneath one of the small fountains. I’d never seen such a clean pigeon… we watched it for about half an hour as it continued to wash itself in the fountain… I think I may be going to the clever-est place ever-er.
Ok, so I was researching my name (as you do) and I found that number 9 on google is an article actually about me… which is scary but cool. It’s about a film project we completed this year, apparently (I now learn), we’re hoping to win a national award…. cool!

Yeh! I’m back from New York, had a wicked time. Although I’ve now fallen in love with the Daily Show…
I’m off to New York tomorrow
Can’t wait, specially with the currency doh-dah as it is… lotsa cheap stuff!
With the wonders of technology… here is exactly where I’m staying with a panoramic view looking at the hotel… how creepy is that?
So, I’ve spent the last few days at Castle Drogo doing a promenade performance there. Was very fun, got to wonder round in costume. In face a group of tourists wanted a picture taken with me and Nicola. So, I’m now apparently a tourist attraction…
Got very good responce from the performances, The visitor reception apparently always got good feedback about how good we were :) (also made my mother cry with the ‘MED must’ drowning scene) :p
Also, yesterday I got my A level results…
A - Maths
B - ICT
C - Further Maths
Which weren’t so bad… I needed AAB to get into Bristol University (One of the best in the country… can’t remember how well it rated above Oxford… but I didn’t like Oxford’s department anyway…)
They told me they were still to make a decision on whether I would be accepted… so there were a few hours of anxious, tedious, horrid, gut churning to wait before I got a phone call. And I got to Bristol!!! Despite dropping two grades… but oh well, I’m motivated that’s for sure. Starting in October… I start Uni and the debt collecting stuff… yay…
Went out for dinner last night… drank way too much and couldn’t sleep until about 1 in the morning… Feel a little icky now… but hey, when I bought my Playstation 3, I signed up online and they sent me a free Casino Royale blu-ray movie… which is pretty cool. High-definition baby… and all that jazz.
Ok, so I’ve been to London, that was cool. Saw That Mitchell and Webb Look being filming at the BBC television centre… which was just awesome. If you don’t know Mitchell and Webb, then:
