Money stolen from Debit Card
The other week I had just over £150 stolen from my account in the form of 16 I-Tunes payments… Needless to say I’m pretty annoyed. Took me forever to get this sorted. I started at the bank, where the girl at the window took 20 minutes to print out my statement, highlight the payments I didn’t make and tell me a phone number to call…Apparently, the only way to do important tasks is over the phone, despite me physically being in my bank branch with all my details.
