My horoscope today told me that I should bet a small amount on a horse with a jockey wearing lilac and that I like to receive long distance messages.
Firstly, every horoscope suggested either buying a lottery ticket or betting on horses, who sponsors mystic meg? Ladbrokes?
Anyways, who wouldn’t like any message from someone? Let alone a long distance one… Unless it’s a really long distance message… From an Asian call center… I don’t think I’d appreciate that as much.

I am not a blogger.
I never will and never have been.
I am ok with that.
There are more important things:
consider them one piece at a time.

Why can’t I find the nice mayonnaise they use in prawn cocktails?…

These are the things I ponder when I have a report in later today… and it’s currently 3 in the morning…

The other week I had just over £150 stolen from my account in the form of 16 I-Tunes payments… Needless to say I’m pretty annoyed. Took me forever to get this sorted. I started at the bank, where the girl at the window took 20 minutes to print out my statement, highlight the payments I didn’t make and tell me a phone number to call…Apparently, the only way to do important tasks is over the phone, despite me physically being in my bank branch with all my details. You don’t realise how much you need the internet until it goes away… In Bristol, I have no internet access in my new student flat and it’s driving me nuts… I realised all my organisation, contact details, calendars, documents etc… are all online… I’m no longer organised…

Alternatively… I’ve spent more time working on a mind-reading trick recently… which I guess has been useful as I’ve nearly perfected it…

On reflection… I really waste too much time on the internet… now, during the few precious moments I have online, I find it hard to know what to do…

Oh well… I guess a few days straight playing “Air Traffic Control” on the DS can’t be too bad…

I hate how true this is

Every time I decide to do some web development, there’s a small voice in the back of my head that is whispering a prayer that maybe… just maybe… whatever I try and make, after checking it complies with W3C standards and testing the code exhaustively… maybe maybe… it might work in Internet Explorer… but no…

I’ve seen this image a lot of times over the last few years… I always go in search of it each time I finish a project to make me feel better and that I’m not the only person Internet Explorer hates. (more…)
